A.Ş. whilst performing ship management in national and international waters, undertakes to be sensitive to the environment both in the head Office and onboard its ships, to perform all responsibilities. In order to realize this target, the company defined all necessary procedures, control systems, also ensures that the defined procedures and precautions are fully ingrained and practiced at the office and onboard all the vessels owned or operated by the company. Therefore the company is committed to:

•	Ensure that waste resulting from its operations is reduced and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, no toxic waste is discharged into the sea,

•	Improve the environmental management system by following relevant laws and regulations, and MARPOL publications,

•	Ascertain the quantity of waste in the office and onboard the vessels, and to set targets to reduce the amount in the future,

•	Document targets, practice, and measure porgress and ensure continuity,

•	Prepare necessary training fort he shore-based personel and onboard crew in order to raise awareness and ingrain the culture of environmental protection among all the employees,

•	Announce the company’s environmental policy to public through the company web site,

•	Take all necessary precautions to minimise effects of pollution, control and promote corrective actions,

•	Reach the target of ‘Zero Sea Pollution’ by analysing root causes of accidents and ensuring improvement of procedures and continuity of operational improvement.
